Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Paro — Welcome to Bhutan
Airport arrival, transfer to hotel, orientation walk through Paro town, evening welcome dinner.

Day 2: Paro Valley — National Museum & Rinpung Dzong
Morning visit to the National Museum (Ta Dzong), afternoon exploration of Rinpung Dzong and the traditional arts school.

Day 3: Taktsang Monastery Trek
Half-day hike to the iconic Tiger's Nest, perched 900 m above the valley floor. Picnic lunch at the viewpoint café.

Day 4: Drive to Thimphu
Scenic two-hour drive to the capital. Visit Tashichho Dzong, Memorial Chorten, and the Folk Heritage Museum.

Day 5: Thimphu — Craft & Weekend Market
Morning at the Textile Museum and handicraft bazaar; afternoon at the vibrant weekend farmers' market.

Day 6: Drive to Punakha via Dochula Pass
Cross the Dochula Pass (3,100 m) with Himalayan panoramas, then visit Chimi Lhakhang fertility temple and Punakha Dzong.

Day 7: Punakha Suspension Bridge & Departure
Morning walk across Asia's longest suspension bridge. Transfer back to Paro for evening departure.
